Here is a brief outline of what to expect in the design process. As a prospective client please do not hesitate to share your concerns or questions.

No. 1 // Email info@juliaspoppies.com and we will send you the current price list and a questionnaire. We try to offer options for most budgets, so please let us know what you’re able to work with.

No. 2 // We’ll chit-chat on the phone or over email and discuss the project in detail and all the possibilities. After finalizing the cost, you will receive an invoice and project timeline. There is a 50% non-refundable design deposit required.

No. 3// We ask you provide image samples of colors and inspiration. This helps us hone in on the style you’re looking for and makes the design process more interactive. After receiving the PDF proof(s) the necessary edits will be made. There are two rounds of edits to reach the final design, making it perfect for you. Additional proofs are available starting at $75 per item.

No. 4// After the final design is approved and payment received, it’s off to the printer. Turnaround for printing averages 2-3 weeks, though it is dependent upon the quantity and complexity of the project.
