DIY // Metallic Table Setting

Add a little twist with the great outdoors and create a beautiful table setting.  The process is simple and provides a bit of glam. This is perfect for a romantic dinner or party decor.

1// Collect a variety of branches from bushes and trees.

2// Spray paint the elements outside on old newspaper. We used silver, gold, black and white paint. Let dry for a couple hours.

3// Embellished a few leaves and branches with glitter. Just sprinkle glitter onto the freshly painted pieces.

4// We used gold wrapping paper to create a horizontal runner on the table. Tape the ends under the table. The gift wrap served as a perfect base and brought in more metallics.

5// Arrange the branches in vintage milkglass vases and scatter on the table. Incorporating candlesticks sets the mood and allows the metallics to sparkle in the light.

6// There are no rules, just have fun.

*Special thanks to my sister, Sage. We worked on this together and she did all the arranging.

On Thursday I will be sharing the DIY placeholders… start saving (or buying) baby food jars.
