DIY | Cutoff Cowboy Boots

DIY | Cutoff Cowboy Boots

I finally did it. A couple months ago I posted about the rad cutoff cowboy boots from Free People. Well, I was cleaning my room last night and came across the pair of cowboy boots I never wear… they were el-cheapo synthetic leather boots. This little project literally takes 5 minutes and let’s be a honest… a tutorial isn’t required.

Just grab some cowboy boots…I see them in the thrift store all the time.

And voila- your done!

Today Georgia is covered in snow!! I braved the cold for 2.5 seconds and had my sister snap some pics to showcase the boots in action. I also did a little cutting the the black trench wrap dress. It’s from Shabby Apple and oh so cute… it was a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. It was tea length and I wanted to make it a bit more casual. Plus, now that it’s shorter the pleats stand out and give it more shape (you can’t see from the photo).

If you’re in snowland too, stay warm & go drink some hot coco!! Happy Monday!
